Welcome to my intuitive spiritual practice, it is important that you resolve any questions about your participation prior to your appointment.  Intuitive spiritual sessions are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute to replace medical treatment or medications.  Allison Perks does not diagnose illness or disease nor does she prescribe medications or recommend supplements.  Any suggestions that are provided should not be taken as a diagnosis or recommendation against the advice of a licensed physician. No guarantees can be made as to the outcomes you will experience. Readings should at no time be regarded as financial, legal, medical, psychological, or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. Your participation is voluntary and you always have the right to refuse suggestions, ask questions and seek alternate services.

It is also important to refrain from using alcohol or other drugs before and during our meeting. Participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in termination of the service and charge of full fee.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call me with as much advance notice as possible. Full fees are charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior and for appointments missed without canceling.

Your privacy and confidentiality will be respected and upheld. Exceptions to your privacy and confidentiality are listed below:

1. Threats of bodily self-harm or threat of grave disability or threats of serious physical harm to another
2. When there is reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, or dependent adult abuse

In these instances, the appropriate authorities will be contacted which could include Child Protective Services, Elder Protective Services, Law Enforcement, and any other applicable agency.
